Clearwater Analytics in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Data Management platform to design, develop, and oversee the core data management capabilities. You will craft the product roadmap to achieve bookings, client NPS, and gross margin targets and work with clients to ensure their success.

You will lead 1–2 scrum teams (9–11 engineers), align roadmaps across departments, and drive the delivery of scalable, automated data pipelines with strong governance and data quality.

Formación

• 7+ years as a Product Manager in B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with Investment management data domains (security reference, trade, analytics, pricing).
• Knowledge of capital markets: equity, fixed income, derivatives.
• Experience with cloud platforms and SQL databases.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 1–2 scrum teams (9–11 engineers).
• Define short (0–6 mo), mid (6–12 mo) and long-term roadmaps for a scalable data platform.
• Prioritize roadmap decisions with data-driven justification and align multiple dev teams.
• Develop cross-product capabilities and release briefs for clients.
• Stay current with data management tech and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive new capabilities to market.
