Job summary

Clearwater Analytics in Boise, Idaho seeks an experienced Operations Analyst to drive performance reporting and strategic initiatives. You will design and implement metrics, lead risk management efforts, and push lean improvements across the organization.

You will collaborate across departments, prepare executive briefings, and manage ad-hoc projects to address key priorities while communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in consulting/business analyst/project management
• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven track record in planning and supporting strategic initiatives
• Advanced presentation and Microsoft Suite capabilities
• Ability to collect and interpret data from diverse sources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
• Strong relationship-management skills to influence at all levels

Responsibilities

• Manage design, implementation, tracking and reporting for operations and business plans against goals.
• Develop metrics for process measurement and regular reporting cadence.
• Oversee risk management practices per the risk framework with timely remediation of key risks.
• Identify areas for lean improvements and gain buy-in for changes.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels and represent Product in key forums.
• Prepare presentations and management briefings for boards and meetings.
• Lead special/ad-hoc projects related to strategic priorities.
