MXI Partners is seeking a Senior Project Manager for data center and mission-critical construction in Addison, TX. You will lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout, directing budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communications.

You will mentor project teams, manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reporting while driving safety, quality, and cost control. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• 5+ years in data center or mission-critical work.
• Track record delivering projects over $40M.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

About the Role

Lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll own planning, budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication, delivering projects safely, on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality. You’ll also mentor the team and build strong relationships with owners, designers, and trade partners.
