Digital Media Management (DMM) is seeking an Associate Director, Project Management to drive end-to-end production and project management on flagship accounts. You will lead a team of Producers and Project Managers, overseeing budgets and schedules, and collaborating with Creative and Production teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in post-production or project management
• Experience managing full project lifecycle across multi functional campaigns and projects
• High-level understanding of Design & Motion Graphics and Post-Production processes

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end producing and project management on flagship accounts, including budget creation and management
• Lead and collaborate with Creative and Production teams to ensure projects are produced to a high standard, on time and within budget
• Coordinate communication with clients or via client servicing team
• Troubleshoot to prevent roadblocks for creative and production teams
• Oversee vendor management process and approvals
• Mentor the US project management and video production team
• Plan and analyze key metrics across delivery, resource management and team performance
• Recommend best practices across resource management and contracts
• Propose strategies to maximize operational efficiency across the team
• Support or lead pitches and RFPs
