Job summary

Arbital Health is a rapidly growing healthcare technology and actuarial leader that centralizes, measures, and adjudicates value-based care contracts at scale. We enable payers and providers to design, measure, and execute value-based agreements with greater transparency, efficiency, and financial predictability.

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to own features end to end—from React components to API routes and SQL queries—working in an AI-native environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Track record of shipping features to production that real users depend on.
• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript, Python and React.
• Able to work entrepreneurially in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Previous healthcare or startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn actuarial and financial output into clear data interfaces, including tables, charts and exports.
• Build customer-facing and internal interfaces in Next.js and React.
• Design and implement API routes powering features for high data volumes.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and actuarial teams to bring models to life.
• Write tests and perform code reviews to maintain quality.
