Zusammenfassung

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager / Construction Manager II to lead complex construction projects in Southern California. The role covers design through closeout, coordinating with clients, facilities, and engineering teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for hospital, school, and public/private sector projects.

Hybrid work model with requirements to manage multi-discipline teams and ensure compliance with OSHPD/HCAI and DSA standards.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS plus 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education required.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to pass MVR check.

Aufgaben

• Manages one or more complex projects with regional footprint or multi-service scope.
• Acts as Owner's Authorized Representative coordinating with client and internal teams.
• Leads design and preconstruction efforts, guiding design team and coordinating approvals.
• Oversees construction administration, scheduling, cost control, and procurement activities.
• Reviews change orders, payments, and overall fiscal management of projects.
