Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager / Construction Manager II to be based in Southern California. This role supports hospital and healthcare work under OSHPD/HCAI, school work under the Division of the State Architect (DSA), and other public and private sector projects.

AECOM's Program Management (PgM) team provides end-to-end solutions across infrastructure, transportation, energy, water, and urban development with a focus on collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check.
• Healthcare/OSHPD/HCAI, DSA experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication across design/construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages one or more complex projects from planning through closeout.
• Oversees coordination with clients, design teams, and contractors.
• Monitors schedules, cost control, and change management.
• Provides project reporting and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Leads owner’s representative activities and stakeholder coordination.
