ECS Group of Companies invites an experienced Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Senior Project Manager to join our Fredericksburg field services team. You’ll drive project success from proposal through final invoicing and mentor junior PMs to advance team capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering and Management, Geology, or related field.
• PE or PG licensure is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of CMT projects from proposal to final invoicing.
• Manage project budgets, prepare invoices and pay apps, and assist with collections.
• Mentor junior PMs and collaborate with managers and recruiters on staffing.
