• Lead and manage a variety of CMT projects from proposal to final invoice.
• Oversee project budgets, prepare invoices and pay applications, and assist with collections.
• Prepare/change orders and coordinate client meetings and reports.
• Mentor junior project managers and collaborate with other managers and recruiters on staffing decisions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and market ECS services.
