Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee project execution from budgeting through completion of construction. The role supports PDS leadership in refining standards and excellence across assignments.

Responsibilities include financial management, scheduling, RFQ/RFP preparation, and coordination with clients, design teams, and vendors across multiple sites. A strong background in construction and client relations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 10 or more years of related experience.
• Advanced project management skills with demonstrated understanding of project management business.
• Experience in client relations, client management, contract negotiations, and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project finances by establishing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
• Develop and manage the Master Project Schedule and track performance.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs for vendor and contractor services.
• Lead design implementation planning and stakeholder coordination.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.
• Interface with client staff, property managers, and vendors.
