Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Concrete/Masonry Restoration Team in downtown Chicago. You will lead projects from initiation to close, hire subcontractors, coordinate with vendors, and monitor equipment and materials to keep initiatives on schedule and budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of PM experience, with proven knowledge of concrete restoration and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• Experience with Concrete Restoration projects.
• Technically literate individual.
• Motivated and team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects within the division from initiation to close.
• Hire subcontractors, work with vendors and track equipment/materials inventory.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and permits; apply project mgmt methodologies.
• Collaborate effectively with others, stay highly organized and detail oriented.
• Meet deadlines and strive to stay within budget.
