Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a senior Project Manager for our Concrete/Masonry Restoration team in Chicago, IL. You will lead multiple projects from initiation to close, hire subcontractors, work with vendors, and manage equipment/materials inventory while staying within budget.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of PM experience, with concrete restoration expertise and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• Experience with Concrete Restoration projects.
• Technically literate individual.
• Motivated and team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects within the division from initiation to close.
• Lead projects, including hiring subcontractors and coordinating vendors.
• Track inventory of equipment and materials and ensure budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and permits and apply project management methodology.
• Collaborate with teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
