Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Project Manager for concrete restoration in Oak Brook to lead commercial restoration efforts from estimating through closeout. The role requires managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relations on complex projects.

You will supervise field teams and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with specifications and industry standards. A strong background in concrete repairs and coatings is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of construction project management experience.
•  Bachelor’s or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead concrete restoration projects from estimation to closeout.
• Develop budgets and forecast performance.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and schedules.
• Review drawings, contracts, and scopes of work for accurate execution.
• Maintain project documentation (RFIs, submittals, daily reports, meeting minutes).
