North American Properties located in Boston seeks a Project Manager to oversee all phases of commercial and industrial projects. You will coordinate with client project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure cost, schedule, and quality standards are met.

This 1099, project-specific role requires initiative, ownership, and collaboration. You will manage submittals, meetings, logs, and contract administration to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in commercial/industrial construction, defense or aerospace.
• Understanding of construction procedures and management principles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with deadlines.
• Strong management skills and ability to foster client relationships.
• Adept at identifying and solving project problems with alternatives.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with design consultants to translate specs into trade scopes.
• Develop scheduling and resource planning for project completion.
• Prepare and track budgets; report to owner on progress and scope changes.
• Administer construction contracts and day-to-day project operations.
• Review submittals and enforce contractual obligations.
• Identify changes in scope and take corrective actions.
• Conduct project meetings and delegate tasks for timely completion.
• Review project logs with superintendents regularly.
