Job summary

Tricon Construction, Inc. in Crofton, MD, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial drywall & interiors projects in the DC/Baltimore region.

You will manage multiple concurrent projects from award through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and profitability while delivering exceptional client service. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of drywall construction experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to mentor project teams; experience with budgets,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial drywall construction experience.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong financial, contractual, and operational management skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and profitability.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to mentor and develop project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Review contracts, estimates, and project scope.
• Monitor financial performance, forecasting, and productivity.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, billings, and project closeout.
• Identify and proactively mitigate project risks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Partner with estimators, field leadership, and executive management to ensure seamless project execution.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and support staff.
• Promote Tricon's commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
