Contract Hardware & Supply Co. Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our largest commercial contracts from the Maryland Virginia region. You will direct high-profile client accounts, manage margins, and mentor PMs and estimators on complex access control integrations.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial hardware project management, DHI credentials preferred, and deep ERP and electrical hardware knowledge. On-site Maryland position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of dedicated project management experience in commercial hardware.
• DHI certification (AHC/CDC/EHC) strongly preferred.
• Expertise with Comsense Enterprise/Advantage or equivalent ERP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical hardware, electrified openings, and fire/life safety codes.
• Proven record of managing multi-million-dollar portfolios with profitable outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Direct full life-cycle management of complex commercial projects across the region.
• Oversee submittals, hardware schedules, and access control specifications.
• Maintain financial oversight: margins, billing, change orders, and SOV reporting.
• Build relationships with general contractors, architects, and reps.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and estimators.
