Contract Hardware & Supply Co. Inc. in Virginia seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the largest commercial openings and hardware projects from the Virginia branch. You will direct high-profile client accounts, manage project margins, and mentor PMs and detailing teams.

Experience with access control systems and NFPA 80, ABAAS, ANSI/BHMA codes is required. This on-site role is based in North Chesterfield, VA with competitive compensation and growth potential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of dedicated project management experience in commercial door, frame, and hardware distribution.
• Advanced knowledge of NFPA 80, ABAAS, ANSI/BHMA codes.
• Experience with master submittal packages, hardware schedules, and access control specs.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar project portfolios profitably.
• DHI certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct full life-cycle management of complex commercial projects.
• Oversee submittals, hardware schedules, and access control specs.
• Maintain financial oversight: margins, billing, changes, SOV reporting.
• Build relationships with regional general contractors, architects, and manufacturer representatives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and estimators.
