Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial installation and service projects in the PA region. You will oversee projects from award to final completion, coordinating internal teams, field technicians, vendors, and customers while managing schedules and budgets.

This on-site, permanent role offers exposure to commercial doors, loading dock equipment, and access systems with a focus on delivering on-time, on-budget outcomes and superior customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction or related environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple active projects and priorities.
• Strong scheduling, procurement, change orders, budgeting, forecasting, and margins.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial projects from award through installation, completion, billing, and closeout.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, documentation, and status reporting.
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, vendors, materials, equipment, site access, and installation schedules.
• Monitor costs, labor, materials, subcontractor costs, margins, and overall performance.
• Escalate issues and implement solutions while maintaining customer communication.
• Ensure project documentation, invoices, and closeout packages are completed accurately.
• Provide leadership to other project team members as needed.
