Job summary

IFS Construction & Engineering is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Commercial & Contract Management. You will own the strategy, discovery, and delivery for a broad suite covering contracts, procurement, and subcontract management across Europe and North America.

You will drive evidence-based investment, partner with engineering and design, and lead initiatives to connect customer contracts with project finance outcomes, delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Significant product-management experience within a software company developing SaaS, ERP, construction-management, project-management, procurement, or enterprise software.
• Direct responsibility for commercial management, contract management, procurement management, subcontract management, project controls, or related capabilities within an enterprise software portfolio.
• Strong domain experience within construction, engineering, EPC, infrastructure, contractors, or project-centric industries.
• Deep understanding of commercial processes including: customer & sales contracts, procurement, subcontract management, change orders, commercial obligations, cost, revenue, and cash-flow impacts.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and investment cases for Commercial & Contract Management within IFS Construction & Engineering.
• Lead discovery with customers, industry experts, and partners to validate problems and opportunities.
• Define product specifications, work with engineering/design, and ensure end-to-end cohesive commercial management experiences.
• Deliver outcomes, drive adoption, and measure impact with customers from pilots to scale.
• Shape the future of commercial management by identifying AI-driven opportunities and reusable capabilities.
