Job summary

IFS Construction & Engineering is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Commercial & Contract Management to lead strategy and delivery of end-to-end commercial capabilities for contracts, procurement, supplier management, and change management across global projects.

You will own the product area, drive discovery with customers, design scalable solutions, and partner with engineering and design to deliver measurable business outcomes in Europe and North America.

Qualifications

• Significant product-management experience in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Direct responsibility for commercial management, procurement, subcontract management, or related capabilities.
• Deep domain experience in construction, engineering, EPC or project-centric industries.
• Fluent English communication.
• Based in Europe or North America with willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for Commercial & Contract Management.
• Engage with customers to understand commercial processes, procurement workflows, and operating models.
• Lead functional prototyping and validate solutions with real users before development.
• Work closely with engineering and design as part of a high-performing product triad.
• Apply systems thinking across contracts, procurement, project execution, cost control, and revenue management.
