Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a hands-on Superintendent - Commercial/Industrial Construction (Union) to oversee all jobsite activities in the Greater Fort Wayne, IN area. You will coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget, while upholding the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial/industrial construction experience.
• Lead superintendent on projects valued at $3M+.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Procore experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and execute drawings, specs, and submittals.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead site coordination, layout, access, and logistics to optimize safety and productivity.
• Resolve site-level conflicts and ensure work meets specs with timely corrective action.
• Maintain look-ahead schedule, identify risks, and coordinate subcontractor readiness.
• Monitor labor, equipment, and material usage against budget; communicate changes.
• Enforce safety through inspections, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.
• Represent the company professionally in client interactions and meetings.
• Lead the team with clear communication and accountability.
