Job summary

Gray Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager for our Lexington, Kentucky office. The role oversees one or more $75MM+ projects, driving project administration, financial performance, scheduling, risk and relationship management.

You will lead project teams, ensure safety and quality programs, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver state-of-the-art facilities on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required.
• Minimum of ten years related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination.
• Experience managing all disciplines for design/build or hard bid projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Project administration and financial performance oversight.
• Schedule development and maintenance to meet contract obligations.
• Risk management and safety program enforcement on-site.
• Relationship management with customers, subcontractors, and consultants.
