Responsibilities

• Coordinate interrelating activities of subcontractors, suppliers, vendors and customers, design and engineering efforts.
• Monitor and report financial status; manage subcontract and contract administration.
• Develop job progress schedules to align construction with the plan.
• Purchase and monitor materials for optimum price, quality and conformance.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors to define work scope.
• Review and approve subcontractor and vendor payments and submittals.
