You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with operations and field teams, and leading meetings with subcontractors and owners.

Qualifications

• PM experience in commercial construction (GC background preferred).
• Experience with ground-up or major commercial projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, contracts and project controls knowledge.
• Based in or able to work in the Charlotte, NC market.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement and subcontractor performance.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams; lead subcontractor and owner meetings.
• Monitor project costs, schedules and overall project performance.
• Maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers and trade partners.
• Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.
