The role requires 10+ years of PM experience with a GC, strong budgeting/scheduling skills, and a collaborative leadership style to manage diverse stakeholders and drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.
• Experience with adaptive reuse, retail, healthcare, office, restaurant, interior, or ground-up projects.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling expertise.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Positive, professional, and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and profitability.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
• Lead project planning and execution meetings.
