Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in project management.
• Bachelor's or higher in CM, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Proven track record of managing ground-up commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Oversee procurement and site delivery of materials and services.
• Manage day-to-day project operations, safety, and quality control.
• Ensure documentation and reporting are current in the PM system.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
