Job summary

Carex Consulting Group is partnering with a Series A healthtech startup in NYC to hire a senior Product Manager who will own the clinical and prescriber experience across a growing healthcare technology platform.

You will lead vision, strategy, and execution for prescribing workflows, clinician-facing products, and health system integrations, collaborating closely with engineering to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in healthcare technology or regulated industries.
• Proven experience delivering clinician-facing, workflow-driven healthcare products.
• Strong understanding of healthcare tech ecosystems, EHR platforms, and clinical workflows.
• Experience with Epic Willow and health system integrations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the clinical and prescriber experience, including prescribing workflows and clinician-facing tools.
• Lead discovery through user research, interviews, workflow analysis, and stakeholder engagement to identify problems.
• Partner with engineering to define and deliver solutions that improve usability and adoption for providers and health systems.
• Develop understanding of clinician workflows, pharmacy operations, and EHR ecosystems to inform priorities.
• Drive integration strategy with healthcare systems and enterprise customers for scalable experiences.
• Collaborate with health system customers, pharmacy leaders, IT stakeholders, and implementation partners to gather feedback and inform roadmap decisions.
• Translate user needs and business objectives into clear product requirements, priorities, and success metrics.
• Balance short-term needs with long-term vision and platform scalability.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate product performance and drive improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and leadership to deliver customer experiences.
• Help shape the future direction of the clinical product portfolio with autonomy and ownership.
• Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and customer obsession.
