Job summary

Photon is seeking a Product Lead to own the clinical prescribing experience and the systems powering it. You will shape prescribing workflows, portals, APIs, and EMR integrations to enable clinicians to prescribe through Photon.

You’ll define strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and ensure a reliable, scalable experience for health systems, digital health partners, and enterprise customers. This role blends product, data, and clinical operations with significant ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and owning complex technical products.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, or developer platforms.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Healthcare tech experience and EMR integration familiarity preferred.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive product judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinician experience and Rx intake across Photon.
• Set the product strategy and roadmap for clinical experience.
• Define and evolve prescriber-facing products and clinical API surface.
• Drive EMR and clinical system integrations for diverse environments.
• Own the underlying product integrations powering prescribing workflows.
• Establish best practices around integration patterns and observability.
• Develop understanding of clinicians and clinical workflows to reduce friction.
• Collaborate with tech, commercial, customer, and operations teams to set priorities.
