Job summary

You will partner with clinical, engineering, UX, analytics, and commercial teams to translate complex care-team needs into practical, responsible AI product experiences.

You will drive customer conversations, experiments, and pilots, and define measurable success metrics around adoption, workflow impact, and patient value, while balancing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare, enterprise SaaS, workflow, or data‑driven products.
• Strong discovery and execution skills with customer research, experiments, and metrics‑driven decisions.
• Ability to translate complex clinical/workflow problems into product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborates with engineering, clinical, UX, analytics, and commercial teams from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive discovery and delivery for AI-enabled clinical workflow capabilities.
• Understand clinical and care-workflow challenges, adoption barriers, and regulatory needs.
• Shape experiences that balance workflow fit, transparency, and responsible AI use.
• Conduct customer conversations and pilots to generate feedback and analytics.
• Define success metrics tied to adoption, satisfaction, efficiency, and outcomes.
• Communicate roadmap, priorities, risks, and tradeoffs across teams and leadership.
