Job summary

CDP, a Boston-based public benefit corporation, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager II for Client Onboarding & Implementation. The role is full-time and remote, supporting onboarding to our Member Services Bureau (MSB) and guiding complex client engagements from kickoff to go-live.

You will collaborate with executives, manage multi-workstream implementations, and drive improvements across data conversion, marketing, operations, and support to deliver meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PM, client onboarding, or SaaS/CRM implementations.
• Strong communication and relationship skills, including executive leadership engagement.
• Experience managing several concurrent projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for multiple complex client implementations from onboarding through go-live.
• Coordinate work across internal teams and external partners for a smooth transition.
• Own the integrated project plan across all workstreams and manage dependencies.
• Facilitate client-facing status meetings and milestone reviews.
• Provide regular executive updates on progress, milestones, blockers, and status.
• Anticipate risks and blockers, resolving them before timelines are affected.
• Partner with SMEs to apply technical, data, marketing, or operational expertise while retaining ownership.
