Job summary

CDP Community, a Boston-based public benefit corporation, seeks an Senior Project Manager II for Client Onboarding & Implementation. This remote, full-time role leads multi-stakeholder onboarding engagements, guiding stations through CDP’s MSB adoption and transformational projects.

You will shape strategy, manage complex plans, and partner with experts to deliver measurable client outcomes across fundraising, engagement, and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Client Onboarding, or SaaS/CRM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for multiple complex client implementations from onboarding through go-live and post-launch support.
• Coordinate work across internal teams and external partners to deliver a smooth transition for the station, driving delivery across scope, timeline, quality, and client experience.
• Own the integrated project plan across all implementation workstreams and manage interdependencies to keep programs on track.
• Facilitate client-facing status meetings, internal check-ins, and milestone reviews to ensure alignment and progress.
• Provide regular executive updates on progress, milestones, blockers, and overall status.
• Anticipate and resolve risks, issues, and cross-functional blockers before they impact timelines.
