Job summary

ABCorp is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to drive customer onboarding & implementation engagements with global clients, including fintech, healthcare, and government sectors. You will lead projects to deliver on time, within scope, and within budget, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and business transformation outcomes.

This is an in-person role based in the Dedham/Needham/West Roxbury area, requiring collaboration across internal teams and external clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 3–4 years of project management and/or management consulting experience.
• Proven track record managing complex manufacturing/tech projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Oversee the execution of customer implementation and business transformation projects, ensuring adherence to established plans and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to business leadership and stakeholders highlighting progress, challenges, and successes.
