Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Circular Saw Blades & Bonded Abrasives (DEWALT) to work remotely from Connecticut or Massachusetts. You will develop product and market strategies, manage the product line P&L, and drive cost reductions while expanding the portfolio with new offerings.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, sourcing, marketing, and sales to meet customer and brand goals.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience managing a high SKU portfolio with sourced finished goods.
• Experience working with retailers.
• Experience with bonded abrasives is highly preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; able to present data clearly.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and market strategies to drive growth and profitability across major markets.
• Manage short- and long-term P&L for the Circular Saw Blades & Bonded Abrasives product lines.
• Lead cross-functional teams through New Product Development Process.
• Conduct market research and communicate with external stakeholders.
• Develop pricing, margins, and profitability targets; manage annual marketing budget.
