Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for Circular Saw Blades & Bonded Abrasives to drive growth and profitability from concept through delivery.

You will partner with design, engineering, marketing and sales to ensure products meet customer needs and align with brand strategy. You will manage the product lifecycle, conduct market research, validate CTQs, and lead cross-functional teams to develop new products and launch programs.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience in managing a high SKU portfolio that consists mostly of sourced finished goods.
• Experience working directly with retailers.
• Experience working with bonded abrasives is highly preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete product lifecycle for Circular Saw Blades & Bonded Abrasive lines from concept to delivery.
• Identify and develop new product and market opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing and finance to develop new products.
• Collaborate with brand marketing and channel teams for product launches and promotions.
• Develop marketing collateral, displays, advertising, and web content.
