Job summary

DEWALT prioritizes growth across its Circular Saw Blades and Bonded Abrasives lines. As Sr. Product Manager, you will shape product strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and drive profitability while partnering with design, engineering, marketing and sales to meet customer and brand goals.

You will manage the full lifecycle, conduct market research, develop launches, and own the portfolio’s budget and P&L. This remote role supports CT/Mass and requires travel to partner locations.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience managing a high SKU portfolio with sourced finished goods.
• Experience working directly with retailers.
• Experience with bonded abrasives preferred.
• Strong ability to handle multiple assignments and projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete product lifecycle for Circular Saw Blades & Bonded Abrasive lines from concept to delivery with the Director of Product Management.
• Identify and develop new product and market opportunities.
• Lead cross-department teams (engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, finance) to drive new products meeting objectives.
• Develop product launch and sales promotion programs with brand and channel teams.
• Create marketing collateral, POP displays, ads, and product content.
• Conduct end-user and competitive market research to determine pricing, margins and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans for a profitable portfolio.
• Maintain industry trend awareness and apply insights to successful launches.
• Validate Product CTQs and claims with end users; provide product training to stakeholders.
• Evaluate product line sales and positioning; manage annual marketing budget and P&L.
