Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager 5 to lead large-scale corporate and investment banking programs, focusing on CMBS, structured products, and automation to enhance workflows and scalability. This hybrid role partners with senior business leaders, product teams, and technology stakeholders to drive strategic expansion and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience within Corporate & Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale programs within Structured Products or Commercial Banking.
• Experience with CMBS and structured finance products.
• Deep understanding of asset-backed securities, receivables financing, mortgage origination, lending operations, or lease-backed products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives within Corporate & Investment Banking and Structured Products.
• Develop and manage project roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Partner with business, operations, technology, and capital markets teams to drive product expansion initiatives.
• Build and enhance end-to-end infrastructure supporting structured finance products.
• Manage CMBS, ABS, receivables financing, mortgage origination projects.
• Drive large-scale initiatives for loan acquisition, onboarding, and ops optimization.
• Coordinate executive-level meetings, stakeholder communications, and governance.
• Monitor scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify process-improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and automation.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and execution.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across leaders, tech, operations, risk, and partners.
