Job summary

Colonial Pipeline Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Central Projects in the United States. The role leads the full lifecycle of complex projects across multiple functions, focusing on controls integration, automation interfaces, and industrial equipment installation.

Travel up to 30% is expected, with accountability for safety, cost, and schedule performance. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience managing projects valued at $10 million or more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of oil and gas project management or related experience.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10 million or more.
• Knowledge of PMBOK project management knowledge areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead project core team and manage development and execution through project lifecycle.
• Guide scope, schedule, cost, quality, and performance requirements.
• Develop and approve Project Charter and governance structures.
• Lead meetings, manage performance, adjust resources as needed.
• Provide regular status reporting on safety, scope, budget, and milestones.
• Develop stage-gate and funding approval documents.
