Job summary

Colonial Pipeline Company seeks a Senior Project Manager - Central Projects to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across controls, automation, and SCADA. You will drive lifecycle management, governance, reporting and stakeholder coordination for major industrial projects.

You will guide teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, and ensure safety and reliability in execution. Travel up to 30% is required as projects span multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7–10 years of project management experience in oil and gas or related industry.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10 million or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead core project teams through development, execution, monitoring and closeout.
• Coordinate controls integration, automation interfaces, and SCADA components.
• Provide accurate reporting on safety, cost and schedule performance.
• Develop project governance structure, plans and acceptance criteria.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and project managers.
