Job summary

Amazon Business is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical to lead GEN AI initiatives that transform the seller experience for 3P sellers. You will define a multi-year strategic vision and drive AI-powered tools across AB, Selling Partner Services, Applied AI, and AWS.

You will partner with engineering, science and business teams to deliver innovative Gen AI solutions, influence cross-org roadmaps, and champion seller success from individual entrepreneurs to enterprise brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in technical product or program management
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience working with Data & AI related technologies including GenAI
• Experience collaborating with science, data processing, and software teams

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year roadmap for Gen AI-powered seller experiences
• Lead end-to-end product strategy from conception to launch
• Partner with engineering, science, design, and business teams across orgs
• Champion seller needs with direct engagement across seller personas
• Own product delivery with TPMs and engineering teams
