Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior PMT for Fleet Operations to define the strategy, roadmap, and development of AGSE fleet systems. You will translate airline and operator needs into a prioritized product plan, and decompose that plan into actionable system requirements for engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management ownership of technically complex products end-to-end.
• Experience building operator-facing tooling with reliability and real-time performance.
• Track record shipping 0→1 products in fast-paced settings.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap.
• Manage a multi-surface roadmap across remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from airline/airport customers and operators.
• Scope milestones and instrumentation for data-driven development.
• Drive execution across real-time and infrastructure-heavy systems.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering to translate needs into system requirements and tests.
• Engage with Infrastructure teams on design and operational realities.
• Partner with PM to track roadmap, surface blockers, and manage dependencies.
• Prioritize backlog balancing new features, debt, and bugs.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and act as SME for Fleet Operations products.
• Communicate vision and status to executives, engineering, and customers.
• Translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
