Job summary

AeroVect is seeking a Senior PMT for Fleet Operations to define the strategy, roadmap, and development of products that enable autonomous ground support equipment to operate safely and reliably at scale.

You will translate airline and airport needs into clear requirements and decompose them for engineering, working with UX, infrastructure, autonomy, and operations teams to deliver scalable fleet-operations tooling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end product management for technically complex products.
• Experience building operator-facing tooling with real-time performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with UX, infrastructure, autonomy and operations.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements and system design.
• Prioritize backlog and balance new features with technical debt and bugs.
• Represent the product to stakeholders and senior leadership.
