Job summary

You will own remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management products and coordinate across UX, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• BS in CS, Eng, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years product management owning technically complex products end-to-end.
• Experience building operator-facing or operational tooling with high reliability and real-time performance.
• Proven ability to ship 0 → 1 products in fast-paced env.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap.
• Drive multi-surface roadmap: remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management.
• Synthesize feedback from airline/airport customers and internal operators.
• Decompose user needs into system design and requirements for engineering.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with UX, infrastructure, autonomy, and operations teams.
