Job summary

AeroVect is seeking a Staff PMT to define the strategy, roadmap, and product requirements for the Autonomous Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) Service. You will translate airline and airport needs into executable plans while guiding a team of PMTs across multiple product verticals.

You will ensure safety-critical performance, drive tradeoffs with engineering and operations, and communicate progress to senior leadership and customers in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of Product Management owning multi-system, technically complex products end-to-end.
• Experience building and shipping safety-critical, real-time performant products.
• Proven ability to ship 0→1 products in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with enterprise or operational customers and translating needs into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AGSE Service product strategy and roadmap across autonomous driving, fleet operations, and evaluation infrastructure.
• Build measurement foundation: define KPIs, track health, and drive prioritization.
• Drive technical execution by decomposing needs into system requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead cross-functional teams, empower PMTs, and establish product development frameworks.
