Job summary

EBSCO Information Services, a division of EBSCO, is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to drive API integrations and GTM strategy for EBSCOhost content across third-party platforms. You will partner with sales, tech, and customers to shape roadmaps and business value for partnerships.

The role focuses on API roadmaps, partner onboarding, and leading Learning Tools Interoperability initiatives, with a collaborative, hybrid work model across teams.

Qualifications

7+ years of Product Management experience.
Must have experience working closely with customers.
Experience working with APIs and understanding API frameworks.
Ability to present to stakeholders both internally and externally.
Experience collaborating across multiple teams and partners.

Responsibilities

Lead go-to-market efforts for APIs, partnerships, and tools.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop an API roadmap that meets customer needs.
Act as a primary point of contact for partners evaluating integrations with EBSCOhost.
Support Sales by providing training and collateral on APIs, partnerships and product features.
Participate in customer meetings to present roadmaps and gather feedback.
Define business requirements for future API work and integration opportunities.
Lead PM initiatives for Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) and LMS partnerships.
