Job summary
EBSCO Information Services is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to drive API integrations of EBSCOhost content with third-party platforms and lead go-to-market strategies for API improvements. You will collaborate with partners, internal teams, and LMS/LTI initiatives to deliver value.
Leverage your API experience to shape roadmaps, onboard future partners, and train the sales team on product features and APIs.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience working closely with customers.
- Comfortable presenting in stakeholder forums.
- Experience with APIs and API frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market efforts for APIs, partnerships, and tools.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop an API roadmap.
- Serve as a point of contact for partners integrating with EBSCO.
- Deliver stakeholder updates on integrations and partnerships.
- Partner with Sales to train and equip the sales force on APIs and products.
- Join customer meetings to present roadmaps and gather feedback.
- Drive business requirements for future API work and integrations.
- Lead Learning Tools Interoperability and LMS partnerships roadmaps.
