Job summary

ASAPP is seeking a Product Manager to own data-layer dashboards and analytics that power customer success and sales decisions. You will lead surface developments like the Supervisor homepage, creating metrics that prove ROI and inform leadership.

You will design and manage exportable data feeds and real-time APIs for customers to integrate with their BI stacks. This role partners with Engineering and Data Science to ensure scalable, well-governed data across new use cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in data, analytics, or reporting products in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Experience shipping customer-facing dashboards or reporting tools, with good UX judgment for metrics.
• Experience defining or managing data feeds, exports, or APIs built for external customer consumption.
• Comfort turning ambiguous or noisy data into a clear, defensible ROI story for executives.
• Excellent written communication; ability to produce PRDs and customer-facing narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for customer-facing dashboards and analytics, including Supervisor homepage and related dashboards.
• Translate raw platform data into ROI metrics (containment, escalation rate, CSAT, ASAPP Score) and package into customer narratives.
• Own exportable data feeds and real-time data APIs for customer BI stacks.
• Define the data strategy layer across events and metrics for scale as new use cases come online.
• Lead data discovery with enterprise customers to identify KPIs and translate into structured data questions and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science on event protocols, PII handling, and real-time vs batch architecture.
• Manage the trust layer of the data experience by addressing data gaps, date-range mismatches, and latency.
