Job summary

Grata is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI-powered search and discovery to lead the core discovery engine. You will work with design, data science, QA, and engineering to deliver high-quality experiences that scale with the business.

You will own the roadmap, partner with commercial teams, and translate customer needs into precise requirements while maintaining a customer-obsessed mindset. This hybrid role requires strong communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of search product management experience.
• 1+ year of experience within private capital markets.
• Ability to explain tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience building vision and roadmap for Search, Discovery, Ranking, and/or AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Develop strategic roadmaps with clear milestones and measurable metrics.
• Collaborate with design, data science, QA, and engineering to ship AI-powered discovery features.
• Define and monitor KPIs for search relevance and discovery success.
