Job summary

HighLevel in the United States is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own Reputation Management within the Marketing Products OS team. You will partner with Engineering, Data, and GTM to define product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics for an AI-powered reputation growth platform.

In this role you will drive features from PRD to launch, leading multi-location capabilities and delivering insights that help customers improve reviews and engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, scaling 0-1 products in B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical and technical fluency; able to work with data teams.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Data on data flows and reliability.
• Ability to define robust metrics and measurement plans.
• Understanding of APIs, permissions, and scalable configuration frameworks.
• Proven track record of moving key business metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives and staff.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and 12-18 month roadmap for Reputation Management.
• Drive prioritization, investments, and business outcomes.
• Lead AI-driven engagement and automation initiatives.
• Improve review monitoring, moderation and multi-location management.
• Deliver analytics, insights, and benchmarking for action.
• Own PRDs, requirements, and release planning; measure success.
