Job summary

HighLevel, a United States-based remote-first company, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Marketing OS, LeadGen. You will own strategy, roadmap, and execution across Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, QR Codes, Chat Widget, and External Tracking to forge a cohesive LeadGen experience for agencies and SMBs.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and adjacent teams to drive adoption, engagement and conversion, activating leads through HighLevel's CRM and automation platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or MarTech.
• Experience owning customer-facing products end to end.
• Roadmap ownership across multiple related product areas.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Experience with forms, surveys, quizzes, chat widgets, analytics.
• Familiarity with event tracking, attribution, and data pipelines.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own LeadGen roadmap and execute across Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, QR Codes, Chat Widget, and External Tracking.
• Drive cohesive experiences across builders, templates, data models, integrations, analytics.
• Improve lead capture, engagement, and conversion.
• Partner with CRM, Workflows, Conversations, Analytics, and Payments teams.
• Write PRDs, conduct discovery, and prioritize initiatives.
