Amazon.com Services LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the survey-based measurement platform used to define and optimize hundreds of millions in reputation marketing spend.

You will work with media, data science, public policy, and external partners to design scalable measurement systems, evaluate AI/ML capabilities, and guide long-term build-vs-buy decisions in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive prioritization and planning.
• Experience in an operational environment developing, fast-prototyping, piloting and launching analytic products.
• 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Model fundamentals, including architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization of model execution.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (preferably AWS), database systems (SQL and NoSQL), AI tools for development productivity, contributing to open-source projects, and/or version control systems.

Responsibilities

• Define the product and technology strategy for the team's measurement capability.
• Own the full lifecycle of survey-based measurement products from audience definition to data integration and outputs.
• Define technical requirements and architecture; manage vendor partnerships and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Architect the system connecting survey instruments to operational data and explain why results move.
• Evaluate AI/ML capabilities to accelerate research workflows and reduce vendor dependency.
• Ensure product quality, methodological rigor, and uptime; collaborate with media, data science, public policy, and partners.
